Terms and conditions.

1. These event terms and conditions (these ”T&Cs”) apply to ADSTERDAM, an event organized by Boomerang Create B.V. (the “Event”).

2. Visitors must have reached the minimum age of 18.

3. Visitors can only participate in the Event after registration and acceptance of these T&Cs.

4. The participation/ visitation of the Event is at visitor’s own risk. The organizers are not liable and do not accept liability for any damages, by whatever name or nature, suffered by a visitor as a result of the participation and/or visitation of the Event, unless the damage is a directcon sequence of intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer, or to the extent such liability cannot be excluded according to the applicable law. The organizer is not liable and does not accept any liability for loss, theft or damage of the visitor’s properties or any other form of damages.

If organizer, despite the limitations set forth above, is liable for damages, the organizer’s obligation to reimburse the damages in question at all times remains limited to the amount the organizer’s insurance company, where appropriate, will pay in respect of a claim.

5. By participation and/or visitation of the Event, the visitor agrees to the recording and/or publication and/or broadcast and/or transcription of the Event, with the possibility that the visitor appears herein, and grants to the organizers and its affiliated companies, all rights including without limitation copyright and performers; property rights in such contribution and all consents necessary to enable the organizer(s) to make use of the contribution worldwide in perpetuity in any and all media, whether already existing or subsequently developed or discovered, without payment, liability, or acknowledgement to or of visitor.

The visitor acknowledges and agrees that the organizer shall be entitled to edit, copy, add to, adapt or translate all elements of the contribution at its discretion and the visitor irrevocably waives in favour of the organizer, its assignees and licensees the benefit of all moral rights and performers; rights arising under the relevant copyright, laws or similar rights arising under the laws of any jurisdiction in respect of the contribution.The rights granted under this release may be freely assigned or licensed by the organizer.

6. The organizer(s) will collect and process visitor’s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

7. These T&Cs are governed by Dutch law. Disputes arising in connection with the Event and/or these T&Cs shall be submitted to the competent court of Amsterdam.
